Tuesday night rides are a competitive drop ride.

Thursday rides are open to all fitness levels and will consist of a variety of courses.

1st Thursday of the month:  Time Trial starting from the Crooks Community Center.  Bring your own timing device.

All other Thursday’s, meet at O’Gormann High School, 3201 S Kiwanis Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.  Expect interval training.

Saturday gravel ride: For experienced riders who are looking to increase their endurance over longer mileage.  These are perfect rides for riders who are considering the world of gravel racing where the majority of events are in the 100 mile range.

The pace of the ride is consistent, but challenging.  The intent is not to drop riders, but to push the group to increased levels of fitness.  Most routes are somewhat hilly and the gravel conditions are quite varied.  Maintaining a pace of around 17 to 18 mph for 40 to 80 miles is a typical effort.  A cyclocross bike will be required in order to maintain the pace.

If certain riders can’t commit the amount of time to do some of the longer distance rides, smaller groups can break off and do a shorter loop.  The group decides on the route the morning of the ride depending on conditions (wind and temperature) and their goals for that time in the season (i.e. early spring rides are typically shorter than rides later in the year).

Text Dean at 605 366 3683 for details.  Normal start time will be 8:30 leaving from the west side of Sioux Falls. Non-team members welcome.
